Room Reservation Request Form

Please use this form to request use of the Group Study Room and Ott Lounge. Reservations may be made for up to two hours each day. You may be able to use the room longer if there are no other reservations. The room is only available during open hours. Check the calendar for availability before submitting a request.

If the space is available, a reservation will be made for you for two hours from the start time requested. If you need it for less time, please share the exact time you need to reserve in the Additional Reservation Details box. If the space is still available on the day of your reservation, you may use it for more than two hours by submitting an additional request.
