Update on Requests

You may have noticed that the option to request items and scans has disappeared from USearch, the library’s online catalog. Now that we have reopened, we have returned to our pre-pandemic request policy. This means that Garrett students cannot request Styberg Library Books, unless they are online or distance students; however, you can still request items from the Northwestern Libraries via USearch. If you live close by (less than 50 miles away) and are able to visit the Styberg Library, you can now retrieve your items from the shelves. If you are an online or distance student, you can request items for mail or scan by using the forms on this page: https://library.garrett.edu/distance-learning/mail-scan-requests.
For those who are uncomfortable entering the building or unable to visit the library during our regular weekday hours (8am-7pm), we are still offering curbside pickup and scans with prior arrangements. To request items for curbside pickup, please use this form: https://library.garrett.edu/request-books-for-pickup. To request scans, please use this form: https://library.garrett.edu/scan-request.
