Hispanic-Latinx Display

September 15, 2022

The Styberg Library celebrates the many contributions Hispanic-Latinx individuals have made in our society and particularly here at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. Come visit the library to view the display we have curated that includes books written by and about Hispanic-Latinx authors (including members of Garrett faculty), information on upcoming events—such as a virtual lecture by renowned theologian/philosopher/writer/teacher Leonardo Boff—and recognition of the 35th anniversary of the Hispanic-Latinx Center here at Garrett under the direction of Dr. Débora Junker, Associate Professor of Critical Pedagogies. The Center brings Hispanic-Latinx culture and experience into the seminary and creates opportunities for learning and social action to promote the common good.

This display will be featured from Thursday, September 15 through Friday, October 14.
